this article represents my need to keep an open mind…the importance of reading on even when i think i know how the story ends…because sometimes i’m pleasantly wrong.
And in keeping an open mind you need to listen to the other side of the story even if its contary argument just reaffirms what you already believe. I read the 'eloquent colunm' that Roger Cohen quoted in his article and it was hogwash as far as I was concerned. There are tough decisions that will need to be made by any candidate who wins the White House but going in there with gun blazing rhetoric only fuels the perception of an era of conflict at a time when the world needs more voices of reconciliation.
How you dey?
